Cancelled orders (prior to shipping):
Any cancellations to orders (whether just one item or the whole order) will incur a 10% administration fee to cover Shopify and payment processing costs as well as admin. Cancellations or modifications must be made prior to shipping.
Returns:
Please choose your items carefully and double check them in the Cart before purchasing them as we do not allow refunds, returns or exchanges for a change of mind or accidentally selecting the wrong print, size, etc. This is so I can ensure all products are brand new, unworn and sanitary.
If a product is faulty or damaged or we have accidentally sent you an incorrect item our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product is faulty or damaged then you must contact us as soon as you are aware of the fault/damage with a copy of your order receipt. If your order includes a pre-sale/pre-order item then our returns policy takes place from the time your order arrives with you, not the date of your pre-sale purchase.
Warranty Policy:
I offer a six month warranty on all my products. This warranty strictly applies six months from the date of purchase. If you have an issue with any products please contact me as soon as possible to ensure your claim is within 6 months. If you are not planning to use your purchased product for a period of time, please consider this when purchasing as I cannot extend the warranty to be from any other time than date of purchase. The manufacturer's terms & conditions apply to all warranty claims made and their care instructions must be followed carefully. Where a product has deteriorated from improper care or use, the warranty will not apply. Our warranty also only applies to faults from manufacture. Damage sustained from improper use will not be covered under warranty. If a product arrives damaged, you must report this to me immediately prior to washing/using so I can arrange a replacement.
To make a warranty claim please email me - cleverweefox@gmail.com or message me on my Facebook page to let me know the problem you are experiencing. Please provide the original order number when contacting me.
To make a claim I will request photos be sent to me of the product. A decision will be made regarding replacement. Before shipping a replacement item or processing refunds, I require that either the faulty item is returned to me or I am provided evidence that it has been destroyed to my specification. I will provide instructions as part of the return process. I am unable to make an exception to this requirement. By purchasing from me, you agree to this requirement.
With regards to nappies - if you have any concerns about leaks or fit please contact me for help in using the nappy. I do not replace or refund nappies because of leaks or fit. I do not replace or refund for general wear such as pilling, fraying, or discolouration.
I will honour my obligations as outlined by the NZ consumers guarantee act.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as perishable items. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery except as mentioned above in the warranty policy
Gift cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used by the expiry date noted (within 6 months). No refunds are given for lost or misplaced gift cards. Gift cards cannot be transferred. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale/seconds/clearance items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Cleverweefox@gmail.com and send your item to: 26 Mitre Way, Solway, Masterton NZ 5810. If the same item is no longer in stock or available, then you will be offered an alternative option or a refund.
Gifts/Prizes
If the item was marked as a gift/prize when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be held for you to be used within 30 days.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
